Landscape Quilting

Quilting on a panel, whether the picture be a landscape or some other picture is one of the easiest and most forgiving kinds of free=motion quilting to do. It is perfect for beginner quilters.

This two hour class will get you started making your own quilted masterpiece by looking at thread choice, outlining key elements and adding texture to your panel.

This class is for those who have a basis of free motion quilting.

Supplies:
1 panel of any design and size. Please have it basted to batting and backing and ready to go before class.
Sewing machine with basic supplies
Threads of colors which you feel blend with your panel, plus some that might serve as accents.
Needles that are compatible with the threads
Marking tools that will show up on your panel
A free motion foot (or darning foot)
Quilting gloves are helpful

*Sew Hooked has a good choice of panels to choose from.
