Requirements: Supplies needed: Sewing machine and knowledge how to work your machine: 1. How to drop feed dogs or reduce stitch length to zero 2. How to identify and install free motion foot 3. How to identify and install walking foot (optional) 4. How to adjust tension. Darning foot or free motion foot Sewing machine needles: universal, topstitching or quilting - size 80 Thread - preference is 50 weight Egyptian cotton such as Aurifil, but polyester is fine. 2 pieced placemats - instructions to do ahead with supplies are available at Sew Hooked. Please pick up information sheet to do ahead of time before class. Optional: quilting gloves (Machingers are good). These are available at Sew Hooked.
